impacts on public health<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ensure service continuity<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Return to normal operating conditions quickly<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Protect the utility&#8217;s reputation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It includes risk communication procedures as required by
